Information collected through inquiries
Our embedded request form is provided by Jobber. When you submit it, the information you enter is sent to Everwell Cleaning Solutions through Jobber for handling your request. Do not include passwords, door codes, payment-card details, or other sensitive access information in free-text fields.
Website hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Jobber’s embedded form also loads third-party resources that may process device information, cookies, and technical data under its own privacy policy. Read Jobber’s Privacy Policy. No separate advertising pixel has been added by us.
How inquiries are handled
We use your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, requested services, preferences, and any notes you choose to provide to respond to requests, prepare quotes, arrange cleaning, and provide customer support. Requests are managed through Jobber.
Planned sharing and protection
The intended policy is to limit access to authorized team members and providers who need information to deliver hosting, scheduling, customer support, and communications. Personal information will not be sold. Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Communications providers may process those records only to support delivery of the requested messages.
Before activation, we will confirm access controls and safeguards for the connected systems. No online system can guarantee complete security. The final notice will describe actual practices and retention; inquiry information should be retained only as needed for service, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations.
Your choices and text messages
Any text-message consent must be collected through the live provider’s consent process. Submitting an inquiry or providing a number alone does not authorize marketing messages. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. See the Phone & SMS Terms for message details.
Privacy requests and contact
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can send a privacy or contact-preference request through the Jobber request form linked on our website; identify it as a privacy request and provide only the minimum information needed.
